Metagenics UltraFlora Digest is a practitioner-only product. It is intended to be used on the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will decide whether it is appropriate for you and at what dose.
Metagenics UltraFlora Digest is a pineapple-flavoured oral powder built on two named ingredients: MetaFibre resistant maltodextrin, a soluble dietary fibre, and EpiCor, a dried fermentate of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is a powder rather than a capsule, so the fibre dose can be taken in a glass of water. It comes as the 255 g tub, which is about 30 daily doses of 8.5 g.
