Metagenics Ultra DHA is a practitioner-only medicine. It is intended to be used on the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who will decide whether it is appropriate for you and at what dose.
Metagenics Ultra DHA is an enteric coated capsule supplying 1 g of concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides per capsule, weighted towards docosahexaenoic acid rather than the more common EPA-dominant ratio. The enteric coat is intended to reduce the fishy aftertaste and reflux that plain fish oil capsules can cause. It comes as the 90 capsule bottle, which is around twenty-two days at the labelled dose of four capsules a day. DHA is the omega-3 the body concentrates in the brain, the eye and the nervous system, and Metagenics weights this oil towards it for people who need DHA in particular, including in pregnancy.

Suggested Use
