Metagenics O-Lift is a practitioner tablet based on a traditional Chinese herbal formula used during menopause. It brings together eight herbs led by rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa) root, with Asiatic cornelian cherry, Chinese yam, zizyphus, tree peony, poria, water plantain and anemarrhena. In traditional Chinese medicine these herbs have been used to help relieve the symptoms of menopause, including hot flushes and night sweats, and to help relieve sleeplessness and symptoms of mild anxiety. It is the 60 film-coated tablet pack.
