Metagenics Fibroplex MagActive Raspberry Oral Powder is a raspberry-flavoured magnesium drink powder. Each 7 g dose supplies magnesium bisglycinate with taurine, glutamine, vitamin C, acetyl-L-carnitine, calcium, potassium, chromium, selenium and activated B vitamins. It comes as two tub sizes, 210 g and 420 g. Metagenics has since renamed the formula MagActive Muscle. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nerve function, and the powder is a practitioner-directed way to top up magnesium where dietary intake falls short.

Allergens
It is free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein and salt, and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. It is sweetened with steviol glycosides and the raspberry flavour is coloured naturally with anthocyanins from black carrot extract. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults 19 years and over: add 1 level scoop (7 g) to 200 mL of water or juice twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible, as it contains vitamin B6. This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains 52 mg of potassium per 7 g dose. This product is sold by weight not volume, so some settling may occur.
Storage
Store below 30 degrees Celsius.
