Metagenics CalmX Raspberry Oral Powder is a raspberry-flavoured magnesium drink powder in a 482 g tub. Each 12.7 g dose supplies magnesium bisglycinate alongside taurine, glutamine, potassium citrate, calcium, vitamin C, five B-group vitamins and zinc bisglycinate. Metagenics has since renamed the formula MetaRelax, and the raspberry tub now carries that name on the front label. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function, and CalmX is a practitioner-directed magnesium powder for adults under stress whose dietary intake is inadequate.

The raw magnesium salt line and the riboflavin sodium phosphate figure differ between label generations, so only the figures common to all of them are shown above. Excipients include citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, glycine, hypromellose, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, colour, flavour and steviol glycosides.
Allergens
It is free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast and soy protein, and free from artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours and preservatives. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults: add 2 level scoops (12.7 g) to 200 mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
Contains 100 mg of potassium per 12.7 g dose. Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible, as it contains vitamin B6. This product is sold by weight not volume, so some settling may occur.
