Metagenics is a practitioner-only range. This product is supplied for use under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner, who should confirm that it is appropriate for you before you begin.
Alergenics is a practitioner-only mixed berry oral powder from Metagenics. Each 7.2 g dose combines glutamine and choline bitartrate with extracts of shiitake, reishi, milk thistle, Baical skullcap and perilla, plus zinc, vitamin A and vitamin D. It comes as the 202 g tub. Reishi is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to support the immune system, and Alergenics is a practitioner-directed powder for people working on immune regulation alongside gut and liver support.

Suggested Use
Children 9 to 13 years: Add 1 level metric teaspoon (3.6 g) to 100 mL water twice daily with food. Adults and children over 13: Add 2 level metric teaspoons (7.2 g) to 200 mL water twice daily with food. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

Cautions
When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. This product is sold by weight not volume and some settling may occur. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
