Manuka Health Mānuka Honey MGO 115+ is a pure monofloral Mānuka honey from New Zealand, supplied here in the 500 g jar. MGO is the methylglyoxal grading scale Manuka Health uses, and MGO 115+ means the honey is certified to contain at least 115 mg/kg of methylglyoxal. Manuka Health grades this same honey UMF 6+ on the separate Unique Mānuka Factor scale. It has a smooth caramel taste and a thick, creamy texture, which makes it an easy everyday grade to use as a table honey or as a natural sweetener in drinks, baking and cooking.
