Lotus Sago is a premium tapioca seed starch packed in a 375g re-sealable oxygen barrier bag. A versatile ingredient for soups, puddings, smoothies, and traditional Asian desserts, sago is naturally gluten-free and a good source of quick-absorbing energy.

Serving Suggestion
Soak in water for 30 minutes or boil in water until translucent (approximately 15–20 minutes). Use in traditional puddings, soups, smoothies, and sweet dishes. Typical serving: 30–50g per person depending on recipe.
Allergens
Gluten-free. Contains preservative (220—sodium bisulfite). May cause reactions in people with sulphite sensitivity. No other major allergens declared.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in the re-sealable bag. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Shelf life approximately 24 months when stored correctly.
