Lotus Organic Basmati Rice is a fragrant, certified organic long grain white basmati in a 500 g resealable pack. Basmati cooks light and separate rather than sticky, and the grain lengthens as it cooks, which is why it carries the sauce in a curry instead of absorbing into it.
