Lotus White Flour Unbleached is a certified organic, all-purpose white wheat flour packed in a 1 kg resealable bag. It is unbleached, meaning no whitening agents are used, and it is minimally processed with nothing added; the pack panel lists a single ingredient, organic milled wheat grain. It behaves as a standard plain flour for everyday baking.

Lotus packs its dry goods on shared lines that also handle other cereals, nuts, seeds, milk, soy and lupin, and the may-contain statement for this pack is not declared online, so anyone managing an allergy should read the statement on the bag they receive. Serving Suggestion
Use as you would any plain or all-purpose flour, in cakes, cookies, pastries, batters and as a thickener for sauces and gravies. As a plain flour it contains no raising agents, so add baking powder or bicarbonate of soda separately where a recipe calls for self-raising flour.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and reseal the pack after opening.
