Description
Honest to Goodness Organic Fruit and Nut Muesli is hand mixed in the company's own Sydney facility from organic rolled oats and a generous proportion of organic dried fruit, nuts and seeds. It is an untoasted muesli, so there is no added oil or syrup holding it together and the flavour comes from the fruit rather than from sweetening. The dried fruit is sulphur free, which is why it looks darker than the fruit in a conventional supermarket muesli. It comes as the 900 g bag.
Product Strengths
- Serve it with milk or yoghurt, or soak it overnight as a bircher.
- Also works stirred into a muffin batter or scattered over stewed fruit.
- Made from organic ingredients. Honest to Goodness is certified by ACO (Australian Certified Organic).
- Hand mixed in the company's own facility rather than bought in as a finished blend.
- Dried fruit is sulphur free, with no added cane sugar.
- Untoasted, so there is no added oil or added syrup in the blend.
- Plant based, so it suits vegan and vegetarian eating.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with milk or a plant milk and fresh fruit, or soak overnight with milk, yoghurt or juice to make a bircher muesli and top with grated apple and berries in the morning. It also works stirred through yoghurt or scattered over a smoothie bowl. Confirm serving and directions from product label.

Contains: gluten and almond (tree nut). May be present: wheat, sesame, soy and other tree nuts. Not suitable for anyone with a tree nut allergy or avoiding gluten. Honest to Goodness dried apricots are prepared with rice flour on current packs. Always review label for full list of ingredients.

Storage
