Honest to Goodness Organic Coconut Whipping Cream is a dairy-free alternative to dairy whipping cream, made from organic coconut meat extract with a little organic tapioca starch to help it hold air. Chilled thoroughly and whipped, it lifts into a soft, spoonable cream for cakes, desserts, pancakes and fruit. It comes as the 400 ml tin.
Product Strengths
- Chilled and whipped, it makes a dairy free cream for cakes, desserts, pancakes and fruit.
- Two ingredients only, both organic. Honest to Goodness is certified by ACO (Australian Certified Organic).
- Dairy free and egg free, and made without animal ingredients, so it suits vegan and vegetarian cooking.
- No artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours or preservatives.
- Made from coconuts grown in Sri Lanka.

Suitable for: Those avoiding dairy; Vegans and vegetarians; Everyday snacking and meals.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; Anyone who is coeliac or avoiding gluten.
Serving Suggestion
Chill the unopened tin in the refrigerator for at least three to four hours, or until thoroughly cold. Pour into a chilled bowl and beat with a hand mixer or blender until light and fluffy. Sweeten with maple syrup, honey or vanilla if you like. Use as a topping for cakes, desserts, pancakes and fresh fruit. Confirm serving and directions from product label.
