Herbs of Gold Breastfeeding Support contains the traditional herbs Fenugreek and Blessed thistle to support breast milk production in breastfeeding women. Fenugreek and Blessed thistle are galactagogues - substances that assist in the initiation, continuation or augmentation of breast milk production.
