Glossy. Thick so it lasts. Sheer colour - tinted not solid colour. I’ve been putting a touch of bright lippy on it for slightly more colour of a morning but absolutely love the texture & feel confident to use this without a mirror like I would any lip balm during the day & be able to get a subtle colour top up without worrying that it’s not straight etc
