Serving Suggestion

Add 2 heaped tablespoons, a 28 g serve, to 250 mL of water, coconut water or plant-based milk and shake until well combined. It also blends into smoothies, breakfast bowls, porridge, yoghurt and baking. Take 1 to 2 servings a day unless you are training and exercising vigorously, in the morning, after exercise, or any time to lift daily protein intake.
