Description
GO Healthy Kava 4200 delivers a standardised kava extract in a single daily vege capsule. Each hard capsule contains 600 mg of Piper methysticum root and rhizome extract dry concentrate, equivalent to 4.2 g of dry kava root and rhizome and standardised to 60 mg of kavalactones. Kava has a long history of use in Pacific Islander medicine, and this pack covers the 60 capsule bottle, which is a two month supply at the recommended one a day serve. Kava is a tightly controlled ingredient in Australia and this product is a listed medicine on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, so please read the warnings below in full before use.

Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 hard capsule once daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Best taken in the evening.
