Description
GO Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg supplies evening primrose oil, the oil pressed from the seeds of Oenothera biennis, in a softgel capsule. Evening primrose oil is one of the few dietary sources of gamma-linolenic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid, and each capsule here supplies 1,000 mg of the oil providing 100 mg of gamma-linolenic acid. It is the 200 capsule pack, which is the size sold into the Australian market; Go Healthy is a New Zealand company and its New Zealand packs of the same product are 220 and 440 capsules with a different daily direction, so the pack count on the bottle matters. It is an evening primrose oil capsule for women through the premenstrual phase.
