Tongkat Ali, scientifically known as Eurycoma longifolia is a flowering plant native to Southeast Asia countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. Its roots have been consumed traditionally in these regions for various purposes, especially for testosterone balance, endurance, strength and sexual function. Tongkat Ali’s reputation as an aphrodisiac has led to its continued use throughout the centuries.
It is often referred to as the Longjack Plant which could refer to the plant’s appearance and its long root structure. The bitter taste can be attributed to the presence of various bioactive compounds and secondary metabolites that are naturally present in the plant. People tolerate the bitter taste for the sake of the potential benefits.

Our Tongkat Ali has been wild grown in the rainforest in south Malaysia. The dried root is extracted using hot water and ethanol. Third party laboratory testing procedure remain consistent for each batch of Tongkat Ali produced.
