This rehydration solution from Endura Sports features a tailor-made electrolyte spectrum designed for those who need to operate at the heights of human performance. It contains sodium and potassium at levels recommended by the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) to maximize hydration and performance in endurance athletes.
Making sure you have an adequate hydration solution is a crucial component in maximizing performance. Whether you’re an elite athlete or an everyday gym goer, this diverse rehydration product covers all bases.
This product will replace the fluid and essential electrolytes lost during exercise. Failure to replace such agents may affect exercise capacity and ultimately performance.
There is also a low-carb version of this product.

In preparation for exercise/magnesium and
carbohydrate loading (Hypertonic): Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 200 mL of water. Drink one dose three times per day, 2 to 3 days before an event to maximise muscle magnesium and endurance.
Before exercise (Isotonic): Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 350 mL ofwater. Drink one to two doses 30 minutes before exercise.
For endurance, stamina and performance (Isotonic):
Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Drink one dose every hour of exercise.
For rehydration (Isotonic): Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Drink one dose every 20 minutes of exercise.
For everyday hydration and physical work demands
(Isotonic): Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water.
(Hypotonic): Take 1 level scoop (25 g) with 600 mL of water.
