Caruso's Children's Brain Health is a chewable soft capsule combining concentrated fish oil rich in DHA with soy derived phosphatidylserine and iodine. It is made for children from two years, who can chew the capsule or have the contents squeezed onto a spoon, and is taken twice a day with food.
