Omega Mini Double Conc

Blackmores Omega Mini Double Concentrate is a concentrated fish oil in a small, easy to swallow soft capsule. Each capsule supplies 500 mg of concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides, delivering 300 mg of combined EPA and DHA, which is the same amount of EPA plus DHA as a standard 1000 mg fish oil capsule in roughly half the capsule size. It comes as the two bottle sizes the store stocks, 200 capsules and 400 capsules.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For

Suitable for: Adults and children from 2 years of age who want a concentrated omega-3 in a smaller capsule, particularly people who eat little oily fish or who struggle to swallow standard 1000 mg fish oil capsules.

Not suitable for: vegans and vegetarians, because the omega-3 is fish derived and the capsule shell contains gelatin; anyone allergic or sensitive to fish, soya or sulfites; children under 2 years of age; anyone taking blood thinning medication or preparing for elective surgery, unless their health professional advises otherwise.

Suggested Use

Take only one of the dose recommendations below, with food.

• General health, heart and cardiovascular support: adults and children 2 to 17 years, take 1 capsule once a day.
• Brain, eye and skin health: adults, take 5 capsules once a day.
• Children who cannot swallow the capsule whole may have it pierced and the contents squeezed into milk, juice or cereal, to be taken straight away.
