How to Use
Sharpen with a standard pencil sharpener for precision. Apply gently to upper and/or lower lash line as desired. For best results, use a steady hand and apply in short strokes. Can be blended slightly with a fingertip or brush for softer definition. Suitable for sensitive eyes.
