Alpha Apex is a capsule form supplementary sports food from ATP Science, built on cruciferous plant material rather than on isolated compounds. Broccoli seed and sprout powder leads the ingredient list, followed by rosemary leaf extract, kale leaf and sprout powder and daikon radish fruit powder, with tongkat ali root extract, cacao fruit powder, kelp leaf extract and Orgen-FA, a natural folate source from lemon peel, in smaller quantities. The pack holds 120 vegetable capsules and the label dose is one or two a day with food. ATP introduced it as the replacement for its earlier Alpha Prime product. Taken as one or two capsules a day with food, it sits in the everyday routine alongside training and diet rather than around a session, and it is built for people who would rather take cruciferous vegetable and herb material than isolated compounds.

How to Use
Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with food. The capsules can be opened and the contents sprinkled onto food or added to a smoothie if you prefer.
