Rebecca is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist.  Before deciding to follow her passion for complimentary therapies and study, she worked for over 15 years in a corporate environment.  This gave her a deep understanding of the impacts stress, sleep deprivation and time poor eating habits can have on our digestive, physical and emotional health.

Rebecca believes that we are all individuals with individual vulnerabilities and health states, so she will work with you to develop an individually tailored plan for your health goals.   Your Wellness Plan will look at relieving your current symptoms and addressing underlying causes.  It may include diet and lifestyle improvements, supported by herbal medicines, nutritional supplements and flower therapies.  She provides a supportive environment to motivate and enable you to take the next steps towards your health goals.
