Manuka Honey Immune Boosting Hot Drink Recipe

Mix the following into warm water (ensure water is warm not boiling hotto protect the honey)
  • 1 tsp Manuka honey (MGO250+ or above recommended)
  • ½ -1 freshly squeezed Lemon
  • ¼ tsp ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground Turmeric
  • ½ tsp freshly grated Ginger
To supercharge, add:
  • Pinch of Cayenne (leave out if throat feels sore and raw)
  • 1 clove crushed Garlic
