Mix the following into warm water (ensure water is warm not boiling hot to protect the honey)
- 1 tsp Manuka honey (MGO250+ or above recommended)
- ½ -1 freshly squeezed Lemon
- ¼ tsp ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground Turmeric
- ½ tsp freshly grated Ginger
- Pinch of Cayenne (leave out if throat feels sore and raw)
- 1 clove crushed Garlic
