Charco is one of many brands under the Key Pharmaceuticals umbrella and treats intestinal gas. It works by a process called adsorption that collects toxic substances on the surface. Charcoal is an inert material, which passes through the intestines without being absorbed into the body. It absorbs gases and thereby helps relieve flatulence, fullness and bloating.
Benefits:
Aids in the relief of flatulence. Activated charcoal helps adsorb excess intestinal gas from the body.
