Heel Engystol is a homoeopathic tablet made by Biologische Heilmittel Heel GmbH of Baden-Baden, Germany, in a pack of 50 tablets. Each tablet carries Asclepias vincetoxicum at 6X, 10X and 30X and sulphur at 4X and 10X, on a lactose and magnesium stearate base. It is a homoeopathic medicine dissolved in the mouth, with a dose for adults and one for each of two age bands of children from 2 years, taken on the advice of the healthcare professional who supplies it.
Product Strengths

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults and children 2 years and over, at the dose for their age band, once a healthcare professional has confirmed it is right for them.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; children under 2 years, unless a healthcare practitioner has advised it; anyone allergic to milk or who must avoid lactose, because the tablet base is lactose, a milk sugar.

Suggested Use
- Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth 3 times daily.
- Children 6 to 11 years: 1 tablet twice daily.
- Children 2 to 5 years: half a tablet 3 times daily.
Cost Per Serve
$40.80 for the pack of 50 tablets. The directions give the serve as one tablet, so the pack is 50 serves, which is about $0.82 a serve; at the adult direction of three tablets a day that is about $2.45 a day.
