Description
Bonvit Slippery Elm Bark Powder is 100% slippery elm inner bark, Ulmus rubra, wildcrafted in the United States, steam treated and milled to a fine powder with nothing else added. The inner bark is high in mucilage, a soluble fibre that swells into a smooth gel as soon as it meets water, which is why the powder is worked into a paste first and drunk straight away rather than stirred in and left. Mixed with water and taken daily, it is a single herb source of soluble fibre with a long history of use in Western herbal medicine.

- Slippery elm bark powder, Ulmus rubra, from the inner bark, 100%.
There are no fillers, flavours, preservatives, colours or sweeteners.
Suggested Use
Adults: mix 1.5 g to 3 g, about 1 to 2 level 5 mL medicinal measuring spoons, into a paste in a glass with a small volume of cool water, then add the rest of the water, stir briskly and drink immediately, 1 to 3 times daily or as required. Separate doses by at least 2 hours. Confirm serving and directions from product label.

Adults - Mix one or two teaspoonfuls of Bonvit Slippery Elm Bark Powder with a glass of cold water. First mix into a paste using a little water, then add the remainder of the water and stir well.
Sugar, honey or any flavours may be added to taste.
