
Choc-Banana Slow Energy Smoothie

This recipe combines the good fats found in Avocadoes and Coconut Cream, with the sugar balancing (and tasty) effect of Cacao, Cinnamon and plant protein, to provide a tasty vegan treat for your mid-afternoon energy slump.
- ½ Ripe Avocado
- 2 Small Bananas
- ½ cup 125ml Coconut Cream
- 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 scoop 30g Nutra-Life WHOLE+ Organic Protein Chocolate
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 cup 250ml Cold Filtered Water (or more to taste)
- Blend until smooth, for a healthy vegan treat.
Nutritive Vegan Energy Smoothie

This recipe combines electrolyte rich coconut water with nutritive oat milk and vegetable protein, in a wholesome snack great for a morning energy burst. Combined with Coconut oil, coconut yoghurt and LSA, this smoothie contains beneficial fats including Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
- 1 cup 250ml Oat Milk
- 1 cup 250ml Coconut Water
- ½ cup 125ml Coconut Cream
- 1 scoop 30g Nutra-Life WHOLE+ Organic Protein – vanilla
- 2 tsp LSA (Ground Linseed Almonds & Sunflowers)
- 1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil
- ½ cup Mixed Berries (can be frozen)
- 2 tbsp Organic Natural Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
- Blend until smooth, for a healthy vegan treat.
