<strong>Berry Blueberry Smoothie</strong>
Full of great anti-oxidants and great flavour, who doesn’t love Blueberries? Perfect for desserts but even better as a great and quick breakfast fix.
- ½ cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup Plain Yoghurt (Vaalia or Activia will provide active strains of probiotics*)
- ½ cup Almond milk (or milk of your choice *)
- 1 tbsp LSA (ground Linseeds, Sunflower seeds and Almonds *)
- 25 gms Vanilla or Berry flavoured Protein Powder (optional *)
- Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
- Pour into glass, serve immediately and enjoy!
