- Adults: Take 1 tablet per day with main meal or, as professionally prescribed.
- Children under 12 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
Precautions
- Z.B.M. may interfere with certain other medications your patients may be taking.
- The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2 500 IU.
- Magnesium and zinc may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications.
- Z.B.M. should be administered at least 2 hours apart from these medications
- Always read the label.
- Use only as directed.
- If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.
WARNING:
- When taken in excess of 8 000 IU vitamin A can cause birth defects.
- If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
