Stove top: 1. place one cup quinoa and 2 cups of water in a medium size saucepan and bring to the boil 2. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook until water is absorbed (appoximately 10 minutes)
Microwave: 1. Add 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa in a microwae safe bowl 2. Cook on high for 10 minutes 3. Cover and allow to stand and absorb water for 2 to 3 minutes
