Spicy blueberry mint and ginger smoothie

- 1 cup ecomil coconut and almond milk
- 1 scoop Tommy’s complete protein
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- handful baby spinach
- ¼ avocado
- ½ tsp simply organic cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ thumb fresh ginger
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Top with blueberries to serve.
