  This tasty recipe is the perfect mid afternoon snack for those who are following Paleo, Gluten free or Sugar free diets. Satisfying and energy boosting - try it you'll see what we mean!  

High Protein Low Carb Seed Bread

  • 1/2 cup of ground pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup of liquid egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tbsp vanilla pea protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Linseed meal
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  1. Place all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend all the above ingredients together.
  2. Pour the mix into a non-stick pan. Pour it until it reaches the top of the pan. (The bread will not rise)
  3. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes or until the knife comes out clean when you poke the bread.
