This tasty recipe is the perfect mid afternoon snack for those who are following Paleo, Gluten free or Sugar free diets.

High Protein Low Carb Seed Bread
- 1/2 cup of ground pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup of liquid egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tbsp vanilla pea protein powder
- 1 tbsp Linseed meal
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- Place all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend all the above ingredients together.
- Pour the mix into a non-stick pan. Pour it until it reaches the top of the pan. (The bread will not rise)
- Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes or until the knife comes out clean when you poke the bread.
