Try this delicious protein blast balls recipe below from The Lunchbox Revolution book – a great morning tea snack to keep you going to lunch time! Just make it, eat it, love it!

Recipe Protein Blast Balls

Ingredients

  • Protein Blast Balls Photo1 cup almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (vanilla flavour works best)
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ½ cup shredded/flaked coconut
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 6 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoons tahini

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor until well blended
  2. Mixture should be quite dense
  3. Then form into balls and roll in extra desiccated coconut
  4. Refrigerate and enjoy!
  5. Makes approximately 15
