Kiara is a qualified Naturopath & Remedial Massage Therapist trained in Swedish massage, relaxation massage and deep tissue massage. Kiara uses her skills to support people in regaining their health using nutritional and herbal medicines, working on rebuilding health from the inside out. Kiara aims to help people regain, support and maintain optimal health assisting in the reduction of stress, emotional tension as well as using her massage skills to reduce tension, pain or discomfort from both acute injuries or chronic conditions.

With a background as a professional musician Kiara’s interest lies in body mechanics and how optimal health can help us perform at our best, whatever our chosen field may be. Kiara looks at how our day-to-day activities and routines can cause us pain, discomfort and/or injury. When life gets busy it can be easy to slip into bad habits, Kiara works towards giving people the knowledge they need to take back control of their life, encouraging people to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Kiara uses this passion identify where the issue lies and gets to solving the cause of the problem.

Digestive Health – Good health stems from our digestive system, its where food is broken down to provide us with the nutrients we require thrive. Poor gut health can cause numerous problems throughout the body including; mood disorders, immune reactions, chronic skin conditions and metabolic conditions. Having had issues with digestive health herself, Kiara interests lies in helping others to improve their digestive health.

Chronic Pain – Many people put up with chronic aches and pain when they may not have to! Chronic pain can have a negative impact on all areas of life and there may be things that can be done to reduce the pain and improve quality of life.

Female hormonal issues  – Many women put up with debilitating pain and symptoms linked to reproductive health assuming that this is just how its meant to be, when really, there may be something that can be done about it or an underlying cause to these issues. Kiara pulls knowledge from her own experiences with PCOS to assist women on a path to a healthier reproductive system.

Musculoskeletal Conditions – From chronic pain to acute injuries, most of us may have experienced one or the other at some stage in our lives. Kiara works on the management of chronic long term conditions and assist in a quicker/ more successful recovery for acute injuries.

Chronic pain – There are many conditions that cause people to experience chronic pain and discomfort. Regular massage can help to relieve some of this pain and discomfort and let you enjoy a better quality of life.

In an initial consultation Kiara will take an in depth case history to assess daily activities that may be causing or exacerbating injury and conduct a visual assessment to identify the areas affected.
