Spicy blueberry mint and ginger smoothie

We love this smoothie because its packed with micronutrients from added spices! Plus, we love getting in a sneaky serving of veggies before lunchtime!

  • 1 cup ecomil coconut and almond milk
  • 1 scoop Tommy’s complete protein
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • handful baby spinach
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ tsp simply organic cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ thumb fresh ginger


  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Top with blueberries to serve.
  • Enjoy!
