To cook as a hot breakfast, just bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Creamy Rice and turn heat down. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don't overcook. Serve with honey (or brown sugar), milk and raisins, if you like. Also try some as a substitute for potatoes for dinner. Just cook as above but add chopped green onions, mushrooms, any other herbs or spices you like and serve with butter on top.
In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Creamy Rice and 1 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
