Use a cooling product like Arnicaeze Plus Cooling Gel immediately following a soft tissue injury and continue for up to 48-72 hours afterwards. You can then switch to a warming product like Arnicaeze Plus Heat Cream. Make sure you have fully recovered from any sporting injuries before returning to training or competing. To help prevent future injuries, remember to warm-up and warm-down and include regular stretching part of your fitness routine. Ask your physio or sports trainer about the best way to warm-up, warm-down and stretch for your sport.
Apply the gel liberally onto the affected area and gently massage to assist absorption. Repeat the process 4-6 times daily as needed, reducing to once or twice a day as the condition improves.
