How healthy is your energy anatomy?

How healthy is your energy anatomy?
  • Health advice
  • Aug 22, 2013
We all have an energy anatomy; chakras, auras, meridians, which can and do provide indicators for health and potential problem areas
  • Acupuncture, Kinesiology, Shiatsu are based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine concept of meridians, lines of energy that run through your body distributing energy, qi (chi), life force.
  • Yoga and is based on the Ayurvedic chakra concept, spinning vortices that bring energy into your energy body, your aura.
The two systems work hand in hand, the chakras bringing in energy and the meridians distributing it around your body. Using these systems, natural therapists can help prevent disease by rebalancing your energy flow.

How do you know that you have an energy body? Can you see it?

Yes, using Kirlian photography, we can see an aura before and after healing and see the changes. Studies show that Kirlian photography “helps to determine preclinical and residual signs of a disease.”  So your individual electromagnetic field can show signs of disease before it displays clinical signs.

Being Positive helps your energy

As an energy healer I have seen and experience that the things we say, do, hear and believe will impact your energy field first, and then your life and your health.  We need help to maintain positive images, thoughts and beliefs in order to maintain good health.

My tools of choice for maintaining positivity are:

  • Energy healings to clear up the day to day rubbish and the deeper lying issues
  • Mantras, prayers and images to keep that change going
  • Essential oils to help me maintain the right frame of mind, to remind me of my intentions, and to be an aromatic prayer for me through the day
Even the strongest mind can use some help when the going gets tough.  Essential oils, especially when inhaled, can work on your energy field to clear it and lift it.

Energy Quick Fix

A quick fix is to use Lavender ‘the wonder oil’, ‘the first aid kit in a bottle’, which can also be used for general clearing of your energy field. You know, on those days when all is going well then someone tells you all their problems, and then you feel down as a result? On those days, break out the Lavender quickly! But using just Lavender is like taking a painkiller, a temporary fix that needs to be repeated.  Your best results will come from a thorough assessment of your energy field, and tailor made exercises and remedies to help you rebalance your energy flow.
