	Chromium is an essential trace element, commonly used to help normalise blood sugar levels and manage appetite - especially appetite for carbohydrate or sweet foods. Precautions / Contra-indications * Supplementing with chromium may reduce requirement for insulin and oral drugs for diabetes.
