	For the dietary management of fatty acid deficiency in Learning Disorders. The key ingredient of Efalex is tuna oil, selected from a specific part of the fish due to the high DHA content. These oils are purified and do not contain levels of vitamin A and vitamin D, typically found in fish liver oils. Rich in omega-6 fatty acids, Efamol's high quality, extensively tested evening primrose oil is a main ingredient. Vitamin E and thyme oil are added as antioxidants. INGREDIENTS: Each two capsules contain: Vitamin E 10mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 120mg Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 26.8mg Arachidonic Acid (AA) 10mg Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) 24mg DOSE: Adults and children aged 5 years and over: 8 capsules every day for the first twelve weeks to help optimise the body's stores of essential fatty acids, then 4 x capsules daily thereafter.
