	Description Contains the extract of freshly harvested organic Arnica montana flowers.Can be used as a non-foaming Bath Oil, or alternatively as a natural Massage Oil. Application Bath Application: Shake well before use. Add a cap-full (20mL) of Arnica Oil to your bath. Recommended bath temperature: 30-40 °C Recommended duration of soaking: 15-20 minutes. 12 Soakings if used as directed. Massage Application: Shake well before use.
